TEDx Lab

Fill out this form to apply to be part of the TEDxFlourCity Lab.  The Lab will enable a few of our most-committed corporate partners to have and eye-catching and interactive presence at our conference.  Labs will be provided with a designated space outside of the main auditorium, where your organization may choose to have a booth, a table, a standing display, some products or equipment and a limited amount of advertising material.  Additionally, we ask that a  representative from your company be present to interact with conference attendees and speakers.  

Because there is limited space at the Rochester Academy of Medicine, we would like to grant Lab space to applicants with displays and product demos that are interactive, interesting and potentially fun for our conference attendees.  Preference will also be given to organizations that can bring ‘ideas worth spreading’ to their lab space.

Here are a few suggestions for things that a TEDxFlourCity Lab could do:

• Demonstrate some cool or eye-catching piece of technology related to your organization.
• Allow conference attendees to play some kind of game related to your organization.
• Provide some kind of refreshment or snack related to your organization.
• Provide something useful for attendees.
